This is Eremo di San Lorenzo, near Rubbino, Montefortino (Fermo), Le Marche. Where once a hermit's cell, the present stone building dates from the later Middle Ages. The hermitage may be found above the stunning Gole dell’Infernaccio and can only be reached by foot. There is a brief description of that walk here.
